Service scope

MaxMyFrames provides catalog-backed and AI-assisted PC hardware recommendations based on information you enter, such as current components, workloads, region, budget, and preferences. Provider details are listed in the imprint.

Informational recommendations only

Recommendations are informational guidance, not professional advice, a binding purchase instruction, or a guarantee that a specific part will fit your build. Always verify compatibility, availability, price, warranty, BIOS support, socket, RAM generation, form factor, PSU connectors, and case clearance before purchasing parts.

Catalog entries, prices, merchant listings, and AI-generated explanations can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Third-party merchants and links

MaxMyFrames may link to Amazon or other third-party merchants. Those shops control their own marketplaces, product pages, seller terms, shipping conditions, return policies, warranties, stock levels, and prices.

If you buy hardware through an external merchant, the purchase contract is between you and that merchant. Check the merchant page carefully before ordering.

For Amazon orders, use Amazon's or the seller's own customer service. MaxMyFrames cannot change, cancel, refund, ship, or support Amazon orders.

User input and feedback

You are responsible for the information, component descriptions, workload details, prompts, and feedback you submit. Do not submit illegal, harmful, malicious, confidential third-party, or infringing content. Submitted information may be processed as needed to provide the service, generate recommendations, improve quality, protect the service, and handle feedback.

Access and catalog use

Subject to these terms, you may access MaxMyFrames for personal, non-commercial use. This does not grant permission to resell the service, bulk-copy product listings or recommendation data, mirror the interface, train competing datasets from the service at scale, or use automated data extraction tools without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape endpoints at abusive volume, submit malicious payloads, or interfere with the availability of MaxMyFrames. Access may be restricted, throttled, blocked, or terminated if use appears abusive, harmful, unlawful, security-sensitive, or inconsistent with these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of free digital service, except for injury to life, body, or health.

The service and these terms may be updated as MaxMyFrames develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
